Why we love this Wine
A lovely Syrah by father and son duo in The Blue Mountains, Tom and Bob Coleman. Organically grown and biodynamic Shiraz from Orange, the cool climate is boding well with the whole bunch crunch here. Dark plummy notes with bramble on the welcome mat while the medium body, dried herb and some spice nestle in for easy drinking, too easy.
