Why we love this Wine
They call it ‘Mediterranean ‘Burgundy’ from a man who knows his way around legendary pinot. But François Labet also loves holidays in Corsica in rocky, high-altitude terroir. The fruit is fully de-stemmed, aged it in tank and part French oak before bottling. Dark and inky, floral and spice, earth and fresh. Out-of-office email set.
