The Escarpment Pinot Gris is an accurate reflection of Martinborough’s unique terroir captured in a bottle. A dry summer allowed fruit to ripen wonderfully producing opulent fruit flavours combining beautifully with barrel fermentation to create Burgundian inspired Pinot Gris. This Pinot will seduce you with its cheeky, light apricot hue and flavours reminiscent of ripe pears and white stone fruit. A dry style white that’s screaming to be drunk in the sun.
