Why we love this Wine
Chalk and cream, salted nuts, oxidative Jura vibes. Green apple and wet gravel. It’s single vineyard Gippsland Savagnin from twenty y.o. vines and a site restored to glory by winemaker Ryan Ponsford. He’s very good. This too is shaking up the status quo. Decant or pour out a little and give the bottle a good shake for maximum enjoyment.
