Why we love this Wine
One of the ‘great growers’ of Champagnes, Egly-Ouriet is among a handful who follow biodynamic, organic or 'living soil' principals. Incredible site-specific wine, rich in fruit, intense and complex. This is from Grand Cru vineyards, natural ferments and wild yeasts. Warm bread, fresh peach, green apples and flowers. This is so special.
