Call us a 90's TV show, because this potent potion has us charmed. Sourced from four close-knit vineyards around Mount Bolton, a vivid, mid-weight Pinot laced with red cherry, spice, and an earthy grunt. Wild fermented in wax-lined concrete, aged in barrique (20% new), bottled unfined and unfiltered—this is pure, unvarnished Western Victorian Pinot, with silky tannins, fleshy texture, and a savoury tail end. Spellbinding stuff.
