Why we love this Wine
There is no doubt that Nebbiolo rules the roost around these here Northern-Italian hillsides but there are several other red grape varieties that are damn fine drinking, Dolcetto being case and point. Purpley, floral and pure of fruit with a rigorous structure, herbal understory and savoury exit, it’s one of our favourite slurpy things with a good meaty pasta dish and dubious Italian disco.
