Why we love this Wine
100% whole bunch Sangiovese. Sounds bold from the naturally tannic powerhouse grape but comes out as a lighter wine, electric red and giving up layers upon layers of whole bunchy, spicy fruit. Wrapped in a delicate little tannin veil, not the chalkboard you were bracing for. Oh so clever. We don’t know how he did it, but glad he did.
