Why we love this Wine
WA winemaker Jo Perry produces this vibrant Tinto outside the box. It was picked in the cool of the morning, wild-fermented in the open, and basket pressed. No adds, fining or filtration and minimal sulphur. It’s all berries and freshness. It’s not even called shiraz ‘cos that’d be weird for some. Chill it to get into her vibe.
