Why we love this Wine
Hot off the 2025 vintage, Floppet is ridiculously fun. An immediately bright berry burst settles into something more savoury on the fuller palate, then the finish settles somewhere between sweet, savoury and sour. Think stewed rhubarb with a dollop of cream and a sprinkle of salt. Hand-harvested and destemmed, then into the open fermenter for a 24 hr cool-soak before pressing to tank. This is a Pet Nat for both the lovers and the others; super approachable, eager to please.
