Crisp, crunching Sancerre, exuberant with a full spectrum of citrus. Ruby grapefruit, mouth-puckering finger-lime, and aromas of soft, delicate herbs. Domaine du Pre Semele are a 4th-gen family operation located in Maimbray, 5 klicks north of Sancerre. Brothers Julien and Clément Raimbault tend 20ha with a reverence for terroir that shines in this typical but exceptional wine. Mouthwatering minerals—serve w smoked salmon and a great attitude.
