Why we love this Wine
Such a good find from this pocket from France, the wines of Daniel Bouland are a unique expression of Beaujolais. The lick of minerality and saltiness is what stands out. If you can stop thinking about that, you’ll notice Cuvée Melanie is full of violet aromatics, sweet jubey fruit, blackcurrants and chalky tannins. Proper good.
