Why we love this Wine

COS stands for the family names who founded this estate in 1980: (Giambattista) Cilia, (Giusto) Occhipinti and (Cirino) Strano. Organic and biodynamic farming, large 150-litre terracotta amphoras. These are all stand-out wines, clean and unique. If true orange wine from the southern tip of Italy gets you salivating, this is compulsory drinking.
