Why we love this Wine
We are big fans of Beaujolais and Chateau Thivin have been on song in recent years and have fast become one of our favourite producers. A blend of 7 plots from their vineyards on Mont Brouilly. Beautiful, wild-eyed cherry and cranberry characters with hints of mushroom broth, spice, purple flowers and stone. Plenty of joyous, fleshy fruit but savoury and just delicious drinking at its core.
