From one of the oldest chateaus in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, south-east Bordeaux, this sweet little thing brings together the best of Semillon and Sauv Blanc for a dessertish wine you Can drink with your eyes. As honey lush as it looks, it’s floral and delicate but pretty, finishing clean with a little bitter citrus peel that pops on your tongue.
