Not Cheese!! The lovely Chalmers family, pioneers of our country's love affair with all those ace Italian grape varieties that end in ‘o’, present this lovely little wine from the Pecorino grape variety, originally from the Marche wine region on the central Italian coast. Tread the ridge-line between richness and savouriness with aplomb. Honey-edged pear and melon fruits, a dab of lemon-oil and white-floral lift with a delightful mineral-laden cadence & textural swish on the finish.
