100% Chenin Blanc at its cleanest and most delicate. This is fizz with detail, a masterwork of a wine possessing that all-too-smashable crisp complexity. Domaine de Bois Mozés is located in Anjou but enjoys the same clay-limestone soils of neighbouring Saumur, crafting wines recognised worldwide as some of the best on field. Organic and aged at least 12mo to unlock levels of aroma and flavour beyond the first sip, this Champagne-rivalling bubbly is fresh up front, with biscuity notes to follow. Fruit-led aromas translate onto the palate: apricots, lime, peach, lemongrass. Sublime.
