Why we love this Wine
Between Five Bells is the lovechild of wine negociant, David Fesq; a wine he produces with Ray Nadeson at Lethbridge Wines in Victoria. It’s about 50% Pinot Gris which sit on skins for 45 days, the rest is a funky old mash-up of Riesling, Greco and Fiano; coppery in hue with an absolutely captivating nose of exotic fruits, citrus and stone-fruits, dried citrus rind, blood orange spice, frangipani and souk-like spice. Textured, long and enchanting.
