If you’ve ever had the pleasure of Giorgio de Maria of ‘fun wines’ fame overseeing your wine bar experience, he’s either gracefully decanting something serious, or got you in one of those you-gotta-try-this headlocks. You gotta try this. It’s his Piedmont collaboration with Alessandro Bovio for a lighter style of Nebbiolo done in stainless steel. Upfront and cleansing cranberries and cherries. Pretty little thing with tart exuberance. Classic Giorgio tbh.
