Epic value from central Italy – this is compulsory drinking on a bistro budget. With sensitive winemaking and indigenous yeasts, Claudio Fiore has brought these old vines back to life. Wild berries, fresh herbs, bright and alive. Simple, but so clean. A fuller bodied Sangiovese with mild tannin, medium acidity and a long spicy finish.
