Why we love this Wine
Hand harvested in two picks three days apart from the Protero Vineyard in Kenton Valley, Adelaide Hills, which features Mudgee and 230 clones planted in 2000. If you can't guess already, AB&D like to get nerdy about their Nebbiolo and we all benefit as a result. Wild fermentation and six weeks total maceration on skins, before 36 months of maturation. Turkish Delight, blackcurrants, Cherry Cola, leather and spice are all present – a great 'drink now' style of Nebb.
