Why we love this Wine
Like Radiohead sing “Everything in its right place”...... Adrian Rodda tackles the Chardonnay in his home turf of Beechworth for this stunning wine and we dig it. The Smiths Vineyard was planted in 1978 at an elevation of 550 metres ASL and it is a finely structured little beauty showing characters of white peach, almond paste, spice, crushed stone and the loveliest oatmeal flick to its tail. Elegant drinking with superb purity, detail and tension.
