If all Nick Spencer’s red bends are a throwback to the Aussie blends of 50s 60s and 70s, and this one screams Australian Burgundy. Aromas of sour cherry, cranberry and strawberries, vibrant and alive. Sourced form two mature vineyards south of Gundagai. Made in old puncheons with no new oak. Great now. Will evolve.
