Giant Steps are leaders in Yarra Valley winemaking – and with Pinot Noir being the hallmark red for the Yarra, expectations are always high for Giant Steps Pinot. The 2019 does not disappoint. A blend from five vineyards across the Yarra Valley, with a last minute addition from their Tosq vineyard in Central Otago (8.5%), it adds extra structure and oomph. The problem with this wine? There isn’t enough of it. There never is!
