We love Steve Crawford’s Barossa Valley drops so we were excited to dive into his pinot noir from Summertown, Adelaide Hills. This is the real deal, with the winemaker helping the vineyard owners, Paul and Sarah Hill, go full organic. Some whole bunch, some de-stemmed, a wild ferment, a little sulphur. A juicy beauty here
