Why we love this Wine
A delightful small batch Pinot Noir from Denton of Yarra Valley's ready-to-drink range. This had half fermented as whole bunches with wild yeast in open pots with gentle plunging. Being ready-to-drink, picking early, especially in a warmer vintage, helped retain natural acidity and freshness to the wine, that you will be grateful for from first sip.
