We love this wine because…
Single-vineyard, McLaren Vale (Blewitt Springs) Grenache from those crazy kids at Bondar Wines and it’s a cracker. A little bit of whole-bunch here, opening the wine up, adding a textural element and letting a little more light shine on the pure fruit. It’s all about red fruits here. Plenty of exotic spicy notes too; gingerbread and a light floral flash in the mix. What impresses us here is the detail, clarity and elegant tannin profile. It’s lovely.
