A low-yielding vintage of elegant freshness, producing somewhat Burgundy-inspired pinot. Smokey with puffs of spice. Polished and savoury. It goes into 10% new French oak for six months giving impressive structure. Wild aromas of ripe cherry, meats, whole bunch characteristics and raspberries. Quality and creative as always.
