When a Colin married a Morey, Burgundy got its own royal couple. Pierre-Yves grew up making wine alongside his father, Marc Colin, in Saint-Aubin. Caroline is the daughter of Jean-Marc Morey, with Chassagne running through her side of the family. Put the two together and you get PYCM—now one of the most chased names in Burgundy.
Whole-bunch pressing, long, patient élevage in larger barrels and terroir left to do the talking. Wax-dipped bottles, tiny quantities and very little to go around.
