Pierre Morey's CV includes 20 years at Domaine Leflaive, working as régisseur (general manager and head vigneron) for what is arguably the world's most eminent white wine producer. Yet it's his own domaine in Meursault that houses the exceptional reds he crafts with the influence of daughter, Anne. From the south exposed, stony slopes of Taille Pieds, the 2021 is floral, spicy and mineral, drinking marvellously now and only continuing to improve with time.
