Why we love this Wine
A wildly hands-on approach to sweet winemaking where selected canes are cut from the vine, leaving the remaining bunches to ripen, intensely concentrating flavours and sugars, then handpicked and turned to gold. It was the perfect year for getting it done in 2018. Pristine and fresh, with honeycomb, marmalade, golden pear and dusty talc. A very special labour of love.
