Needs no introduction: old-vine, Eden Valley Riesling. Approached with classic style, this cold-settled, low temp fermented hero grape gets two months on lees for added complexity and character. Expect layers from whole bunches going to press and only the free-run caressing the tank. Fruity, floral aromatics belie a dry, crisp finish. Crack the cap on a crowd pleaser, for now or later.
