Why we love this Wine

The Dancer’s wines are exceptionally rare, and Theo’s first release with the ancient, alpine Gringet grape is a scarce treat. Originating from clay soils in the glacial lofty Savoie region at over 500m above sea level, this organic Gringet is both mountainously unpredictable and generously fruity, lean and layered. Look out for surprising hits of nuts, sea spray and saddle.
