Why we love this Wine
A Bianco charm offensive: spritzy lemon oil, spearmint, wet slate, rock-melon. Basically all things fresh, floral and focused in a glass. Playful, sure... but not to be sneezed at; this is a wine with nuance for those who seek it, but an entirely approachable profile for those who simply want satisfying, slightly saline refreshment in a white. Technically a field blend, Carricante dominates at 65%, bringing brilliant acid, gently curbed by full malo. Etna's volcanic terroir never disappoints and this is a shining example from the island of dreams.
