To live in the Slow Lane is to savour the moment. This one from Verdun is made in a contemporary style that’s the perfect balance of new school and old. 25% was barrel fermented in seasoned French and left on full solids until bottling. Think lemon blossom and and creamy grapefruit sorbet, green apple and flint.
