If you’re gonna attempt a Germanic-style dry Riesling, you do it on the highest altitude Riesling vineyard in Victoria. It all makes sense on the first swirl in the glass. Complex aromatics of spring florals, citrus and tropical fruit. This will be quite the crowd pleaser, because it’s so intriguing.
