Gargantuan Garganega (with about 10-15% Trebbiano di Soave). Classic as they come, a piece of the pristine perfection Soave is so synonymous with. Pieropan capture the purity of the fruit, keeping it pale as lemon flesh with a delicate nose. Almond blossom and subtle marzipan. Elderflower and pear on the palate. The grapes are fully destemmed and crushed in a protected environment, then fermented at controlled low temps. Crisp as a grape from the freezer.
