Why we love this Wine
Not all that glitters is gold, but this little treasure certainly is. Ripe, crisp pears and young stonefruit meld delightfully with floral notes like jasmine and gardenia. Acid and length mean this is a wine that can go toe-to-toe with strong Asian flavours or the richest of roasts and still come up swinging. Grown in Prunevale, NSW at about 600m above sea level, Nick Spencer is a winemaker to look up to.
