Why we love this Wine
We were die-hards for Ngeringa's OG Pet Nat, so this feels like familiar territory; just as lively and playful, but perhaps a little more 'dressed-up'. Fermented in bottle for a little extra fizz, there's lush lees complexity (ie. those yeasty, bready notes we love) but in balance with raspberry aromas and that lovely lift from the fine bubble. Elegant, effortless effervescence you definitely want to twist your tongue around.
