This is where top Ngeringa fruit really shines. It’s taken from the east-facing Summit Vineyard, which collects more of the morning sunlight and less of the intense, direct afternoon heat. Biodynamic of course, it’s bold and spicy, pure and savoury, gamey and herbaceous. Serious drinking from one of the best in the Hills.
