Delicious. Smashable. And done well. From an altitude of 420m and the Iluma Vineyard in the back of the Adelaide Hills, they say this is Ngeringa’s most inspiring and exciting fruit. Certified biodynamic as always. Nutty, savoury and fresh. A little salinity and a silky texture, with great acid and a mineral finish.
