Why we love this Wine
A rosé made from Ngeringa's three Syrah vineyards, the result is a wine that perfectly balances primary fruit and spice. Moreover, being biodynamic, estate grown, made and bottled, there is as little impact to the earth as possible. Indeed, the biodynamic practise is to try and leave the earth in a better condition to how it was found. If anyone is achieving this goal, it is Ngeringa.
