The result of gentle handpicking and whole berries in a single stainless steel fermenter and a true carbonic maceration. With the entire farm certified biodynamic, this fruit comes from the upper and lower fringes of their Summit Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills near Mount Barker. Crunchy and fresh drinking.
