Why we love this Wine
Biodynamic, Mount Barker Chardonnay from Ngeringa that is both delightfully varietal and mouth-filling. Whole-bunch pressed and full malolactic fermentation, it’s an expansive, pure style with detailed stone and citrus fruits, biscuity French oak notes, soft spice accents. Great texture in the mouth with a creamy, buttery vapour trail of pure peach/nectarine on the finish.
