If you are considering eating some oysters over Festivus, we highly recommend wrapping your laughing gear around a bottle of this cracking Picpoul from Bernice and Jules at Ministry of Clouds. Picpoul translates as lip stinger in French so you can expect a bracing, refreshing blast of lime and lemon fruits, crunchy nashi pear with high-tones of white flowers and perhaps a touch of marzipan in the distance. Briney, mouth-watering and just lovely.
