Showstopping, stand-out, simply immaculate Riesling from one of Tasmania's most revered Riesling estates. With its delightful balance of zesty citrus, green apple, and a backbone of flinty minerality, this wine is a laser-focused expression of cool-climate terroir. Floral aromas complement startling acidity, while the gentlest kiss of residual sugar builds into a long, mouth-watering finish. Fruit from vines planted in 1974 is blended with newer German clones, then aged in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak. Texture is a tick and some cracking complexity. Gold star.
