Why we love this Wine
Hamish Young spent time at Eden Road, but this is Riesling worthy of Eden Valley (it's not though, this is Canberra all over). Electric and bright, with 10% of the fruit receiving some confident skin contact. Still classic in style. We get kaffir lime, gardenia, orange zest. Soft chalky texture. Fermented in ceramic, mostly whole-bunch. A whole bunch of yum.
