Why we love this Wine
Mada wines in three words: freshness, texture, aroma. This one zips out the gate with spiced pears, mandarin and lemon peel, something ripe and tropical. Carbonic maceration, a suggestion of skins and a glimmer of oak. It's easy to overlook NSW in the Aussie wine conversation, but wines like this refuse to be ignored.
