Why we love this Wine
King Valley is a region that his been doing the most recently; and this extraordinarily aromatic Pinot Gris from 20-year-old vines is a great example. The Snow Road vineyard is a cool climate site at 205m altitude, and the fruit has undergone a cool tank ferment with no malo. Some light lees maturation. All in all, a bounteous, lightly textural burst of pear and apple, and an absolute delight to drink with a crispy chill on it.
