Why we love this Wine

From Faraday, Bendigo comes a fish well worth the catch; this 2023 Riesling. Soft, ripe fruits and just the barest lick of residual sugar. The main event here is acid, zippy and zingy, with subtle lees influence. Fruit was gently whole bunch pressed and settled thoroughly prior to fermentation in a mixture of Stokinger 600L cask and stainless steel. Chalky, charming and a whole lotta lemon.
